Registration fee for COS 2025, themed MAGIC NUMBERS is 777 euro per person (plus VAT).
Early bird rates apply until November 31, 2024. Register before December 1, 2024 for 666 euro (plus VAT).
Conference Fees are charged with 20% VAT (Austrian Vat rules). EU law (under Article52 of the VAT Directive) states that ‘VAT must be charged on conference places at the rate for the country in which said conference is taking place’. Delegates must therefore pay this VAT in full and can reclaim it via their home country’s tax authority.
