Ivana is a graduate engineer of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, a master of economics, a volleyball player – once active, but forever in love with this wonderful sport.

She has built practical experience in various managerial positions in the companies Dinamik Centar, AK Kompresor and Merkur International. For the last 10 years she has led teams in the positions of: Quality Manager, Customer care Manager, HR Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Director, After Sales Director and in the position of General Manager.

Within the international company Merkur International (Member of the Gausselman Group), she participated in and led various employee education programs and implementation of high business standards in Germany, England and Spain, in which the Gausselman Group operates through gambling and employs thousands of people. Today, within Merkur Games and Merkur X tip, Ivana is responsible Human Resources Direcoresources (the companies together have more than 1000 employees).

As she deeply believes that continuous learning is a value that leads her through life, and knowledge is a resource that guides and determines us, she has attended numerous educations and trainings, and performs many of them by herself.

He is a Certified International NLP Trainer (Fellow Member IANLP) as well as a Certified International Trainer and Coach according to the PCM methodology. She attended Erickson coaching education according to ICF standards and is an international trainer and facilitator according to the Point of You methodology, also accredited by ICF, which is the gold standard in coaching methodology.

He is an associate lecturer at the Mokrogorska School of Management, where he is an expert in communication and personal development training. She also organizes certified and accredited NLP and PCM education programs, and so far she has had the opportunity to conduct her trainings in Belgrade, Niš, Banja Luka, Podgorica, Tivat, London, Palma de Majorka, Espelkamp and Vienna.
